    You also have to consider if you go ahead is it something you can both immediately forget when you move in or is the fact the site is there always going to prey on your minds?

    Have you emailed the environment agency as I suggested? The response to the planning application for our development said "The Council’s Environmental Health service will make available to you, free of charge, any information or data that it has in relation to the land to which the application applies." If you email the environment agency you should get more information than is available on the website and in that spreadsheet.

    I am still waiting to hear back from my enquiry so I can't say for sure what extra information is available, but it's got to be worth doing.

    Mjm3346. With it being chloride ions and sulphide I'm unsure on what these affects would be. I'm struggling to find information on what issues it would cause.

    Old music guy. I've not emailed them yet it's been hectic at home with me and the wife having had car accidents. How long have you been waiting for a response from them?
