Return administration charge for online purchase

Dear community
I recently bought a speaker online for £90. When it arrived I did not think the quality was very good so I filled a return form in to be sent an email saying I would be charged £15 administration fee, which is stated in their terms and conditions. My understanding of online purchase consumer rights is that the consumer has 30 days in which to return unwanted goods, at their own cost, for a full refund. I understand I should have checked the terms and conditions but where do I stand legally with this? Is what they are doing breaching consumer rights?
See below email from eglobal, which is the retailer

According to the return policy:

Your order is eligible to a refund less an administration fee of 15GBP. Please confirm to proceed within the Money Back period.

Thank you community!
