VCS - False Claim
Comments

Once I find out the contact details I would only now be asking THEM to request VCS drop the claim, if they were under contract at the time - I could be dancing round the houses. Its still not clear who the actual landowner is.
Should I be informing the court/VCS that this new agent has come to light since both WS' were submitted and I have made contact? Surely VCS should have provided evidence that pointed towards this agent/contract rather than the one who was removed 17 months prior to the PCN.0 -
You can send a supplementary WS an evidence and hope the Judge allows it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi all, just a quick update as I'm only back from my holidays - I had my hearing the day before I went away.
In summary, I won the case and was awarded modest costs. I'll try and provide more detail in due course, but thanks go to those who helped along the way and within this thread. Much appreciated.0 -
That will be very helpful to us, to know on what grounds you beat VCS, especially helpful as VCS are becoming increasingly litigious and we are seeing more and more of their victims coming to us for advice on how to defend themselves.I'll try and provide more detail in due coursePlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
