I got one too that rusted badly after a year - while it won't do any harm I didn't fancy watering anything edible with it, so I cleaned it up and put it away in the radio shack (aka abandoned shed at the bottom of the garden) for something to nest in - probably wrens, robins or mice. Lots of iron bearing rock round here too, I love the striations they form
Why am I in this handcart and where are we going ?0 -
Most of them rust I have two of them and the roses get broken as there thread gets worn. I coated mine inside with water base acrylic roofing paint called "Cromapol" after being treated for rust prevention.0
