Nolte Kitchen

Decided on a Nolte kitchen after a long debate and naively thought that the dealers / installers were vetted by them.
In the word of Nolte " Your contract is with the installer" which is legally correct but you would have thought that if someone is installing your product badly you would not wish to be associated with them
I asked Nolte Germany the questions below and they just refuse to answer
1. Do you only get involved when the case becomes legal ?
2. Do you visit all customers that request a visit ?
3. Why did you not provide the Nolte contact details that were requested ?
4. Why did you not provide a copy of the Nolte code of conduct I requested ?
5. What is the Nolte position on a dealer breaking there conduct rules ?
6. What is the Nolte position on a dealer substituting there product for another but still selling it as Nolte ?
7. What is the Nolte position on a dealer making slanderous remarks
8. What is the Nolte position on a dealer telling lies to a customer
9. What is the Nolte position if there representative is found have broken there rules
The only offer they made was for the there representative to visit who lets say is rather friendly with the dealer, I did asked for another person but was refused.
I already a damming independent report on the installation and confident of a good legal result
So don't assume by going with the big brand they carry out checks on there dealers and if it goes wrong Nolte are not interested
