Problem With Switch

I used the Cheap Energy Club to switch gas/electric providers on the 3rd April, but there seems to be a problem. I was originally with Green Star, and switched to British Gas. I haven't heard anything about the switch, and Green Star just contacted me to say thank you for renewing my account with them. It seems they haven't received any info about the switch. Am I now stuck with them? The switch says it's still pending.

I have mental health issues, so I struggle with dealing with things like this. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  • You're not stuck with them, but you need to contact British Gas to find out what's going on.

    You should have been sent emails or letters with info about the switch

    Hi,
    your not stuck with them unless you have agreed to sign up to a fixed rate with exit fees with green star.

    As Thomas said contact British gas to see if the applications is going through :)
