Joint tenancy ended by other party what do I do?

Well they rang, they won't help me at all, the notice has been accepted and it is not possible to withdraw the notice.
I asked about the notice of assignment, but she said that it was no longer possible as notice to terminate has been accepted

Sounds very strange. Does your council have bidding system who allocate nominations to the local Housing authorities or do they run their own list?
If the Council then approach them. I would recommend a CAB appt asap. This is not how social housing providers usually work as their core principles are to house those in need not make people homeless.0 -
Thats despite legally being able to do so.0

They don't handle their own bidding system from what I can see, they use Home Seeker Plus website in conjunction with the local council.
I think the trouble is, they see me as a single man, and they have a duty to make the most of their properties.
I said to the manager yesterday is there any chance of getting an extension to give me some time, but they wouldn't even entertain that, I've got basically 2 weeks to pack a house full of stuff somewhere and find somewhere to live. I tried to explain that I need somewhere for my children to stay and at the moment due to the allegations, somewhere for a supervising adult to stay too, but they don't care. The !!!!! ex get the child benefit and regardless of my needs, they see me as only needing 1 bedroom for me and nothing more.
Banging my head against a brick wall.
The local housing coach has been trying her hardest for months to get me out, but I wouldn't budge as I was trying to keep the place going for the kids when I got them as I was going for full custody, but she has encouraged my ex to terminate the tenancy so that I have been in effect evicted from my home with just 2 and a bit weeks notice given.
The ex despite causing all of this gets everything handed to her on a plate for free, and I'm left with over 4 grands of solicitors fees, and essentially homeless. Where's the fairness in that. To say the system is biased is an understatement.0 -
priority housing is given to those with children/ disabilities, everything else is low priority
Simply isn't enough housing to go around"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

I've added the missing word.priority social housing is given to those with children/ disabilities, everything else is low priority
Simply isn't enough social housing to go around
As I already pointed out, the OP is free to move to whatever property suits his needs - in the private sector.0
