Also I used to have Chrome on my system although I never used it. Just had it available.
Funny thing was Chrome somehow downloaded a PUP.amazonbrowserbar and everytime I used one forum, not this one, it would over two or three clicks on that forum slow things down.
I found I could get rid of this PUP only by cleaning usingAdwCleaner but the PUP would return even though I didn't use Chrome.
Eventually I deleted chrome and the PUP hasn't returned.It's your money. Except if it's the governments.0 -
