Thank you Martin, i used your template letter to claim charges from Barclays on all previous credit cards or loans i have had from them and also an EGG account i had which Barclays had taken over in the past and i had forgotten about.
As i was at a loose end one evening between Christmas and New year 2018 i read your newsletter filled in as much as i could about previous addresses, i sent my claim letter to them through your website and to be honest forgot all about it. I received the 1st letter from Barclaycard in the first 10 days of the new year telling me they were looking into my claim, 2nd letter arrived in the next 10 days detailing all accounts i have had in probably the last 30 years,
ALONG WITH A CHEQUE FOR £4883
