£10k as you are pension age . Between £10k and £16k, you lose a percentage of your benefit as it is assumed you are earning interest on savings. Over £16k you are not entitled to PC. Not sure how the middle range affects Housing Benefit. I don't think AA is means-tested."Cheap", "Fast", "Right" -- pick two.0

This is incorrect. There is no savings limit for Pension Credit. Any savings below £10,000 are ignored. For every £500, or part thereof, above £10,000 you are assumed to have income of £1.
If you get AA and live alone with no one getting Carer’s Allowance or the carer element of UC for looking after you then calculation of your PC entitlement can include the Severe Disability Addition.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. DLA, like AA, is not means tested so savings make no difference. For contribution based ESA there are no savings limits as it is not meanstested. For income based ESA there is a savings limit of £16,000, above this there is no entitlement to income based ESA. For savings between £6,000 and £16,000 income of £1 is assumed for every £250, or part thereof.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. For the correct information look at: https://www.turn2us.org.uk/Benefit-guides/Pension-Credit/Can-I-get-Pension-Credit#guide-content
"You can make a claim for Guarantee Pension Credit, no matter how much savings and capital you have. However, if you have capital and savings above £10,000, every £500 you have above £10,000 is counted as £1 of income when your Pension Credit is calculated."
The information is widely available on authoritative sites such a Gov.uk, Age uk, and Adviceguide.Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.0
