Lloyd’s bank IBAN

I need a bank statement with the IBAN number printed on it, I spoke to my bank and they said if I order a paper statement it would be printed on it, however, paper copy has arrived and it’s not printed on it. I know the number, that is not the problem, I need to send it as evidence to be able to withdraw some money from an online casino. Anyone got any ideas?

My online Club Lloyds statement shows my IBAN and BIC. Same for my Halifax and BOS current accounts. They are using the same software, so it's fair to assume that the IBAN and BIC are printed on all Lloyds current account online statements. They are PDF files that you can print off if you need a paper version.

Go back to your bank and tell them it's missing.

Not sure if they've missed a page off perhaps?

I still have paper statements from Lloyds and on those at least it is there
On the RHS of each page there is

Same here. And paper statements, And downloadable statements.
If you need the IBAN number check your online banking under more actions - account information and benefits. It is shown there.
