Best paint?? (Colour matched)

I'm about to buy quite a lot of paint, so I don't want to (a) waste my money or (b) have a rubbish finish.
I'm torn between:
Johnstone's (Scrubbable Matt)
Dulux Trade (Scrubbable matt)
Valspar (v700 Premier)
What do you all recommend? Or what would you avoid and why?
Thanks in advance

The guy that does our decorating recommends Wilko paint, have also used it myself and like it, usually about £12 for 2.5 litres0

You'll hear good and bad about all of them.
I've used Valspar premium without issue. If the base coat is similar it can cover in one coat. No idea about Johnstone's. Never had issues with Dulux either.
How much do you need to cover, is this a whole house interior?0 -
Not a whole house interior, no, just a large bedroom and dressing room. I need about 5 litres. But having a colour mixed I’m looking at about £50-£60 depending on which company I go for, so I want to get it right.0

The walls in my city centre flat are Johnstones scrubbable matt throughout. It still washes down brilliantly with sugar soap, even after fifteen years. I am cleaning off greasy diesel exhaust deposits BTW ... every year or two, but twice during 2018!
A couple of areas have been patched without having to repaint the entire wall, tho not for some years. The kitchen-living area needs redoing - gouges/ holes/ damage/ repairs to the plaster - and I will be using Johnstones again.
The ceilings (unknown brand white) do not wash down the same at all. Some grime comes off, but the result is streaky and smeary.

Dulux diamond matt emulsion or Crown clean extreme - both are 10 times stronger than normal emulsion, and can be washed and scrubbed with no problems.0
