House Survey

I've had an offer accepted on a 1930's semi 3 bed house and the buying process has been dragging on a little while now due to delays with the bank arranging the survey and no probate being granted yet.
I'm concerned at some of the results of the survey, especially because the house has been empty a while and the sellers (?daughters / granddaughters) having never lived there wern't able to give much information on the solicitors forms.
The survey showed the following, should I be worried? What should I do next?
3's - Damp inside "the property has solid masonry internal walls. These have been plastered. High damp meter readings were recorded in the ground floor walls in places."
Electricity and heating
2's - Chimney stacks
"Flashing to the rear stack may be leaking in places as some dampness was noted internally to the first floor"
The above is the only mention of the staining on the ceilings of both the front and rear bedrooms, and no mention at all of the mould in the built in wardrobe - which worry me a lot!
What would you do?

What would I do? Not worry.
There's nothing that would bother me there about a 1930s house. Electricity and heating will always get a 3 because they cannot possibly be to the newest standard and a surveyor can't check that anyway.
Damp meter readings don't mean a lot, especially if the house has been empty for a period, and a little bit of chimney repair isn't unusual for a house that old.0
