New Website Promotion
I have been researching ways to promote my website effectively i.e The Most Bang For Your Buck
See following 2 Options

(2) www.isubmit.com this service costs $50Usdollars PER month here is what their representative told me about their service via email (they offer a restricted service 8 am to 5pm Mon to Friday service the phone always seems to be on answer machine too:)
"I am not sure to be exact. I cannot speak on behalf of GoDaddy's service as I am just not sure exactly how they would go about promoting your website. With regards to what we do though in here, we will make sure that your website gets submitted to Engines. In addition, we will also make sure that your website has a Google sponsored link. We will also help you with the optimization of your website. We provide an optimization report to our customers and will also work with you on a 1 on 1 basis to get your code right.
Please also be advised that we do offer all services for free for the first 30 days!"
Is there a website out there that advises people on how to get traffic my website is educational of a non commercial nature.
