Pocket Landline

We are a small Ltd company and have just taken on our own office space. We are in Hull so have no telephone provider options other than KCom who are silly expensive and would have us in a contract which is not what we want.

We have been looking at Pocket landlines, we know that EE do one but it is again costly but there are also other companies that offer pocket mobile numbers.

Just wondered if anyone had any experience of these services and could maybe give any pros and cons before I go ahead and sign up?

You are right KCOM are very expensive and will expect a contract. They've just seriously ramped up their prices too!!

Who do you get your internet through??

I know a company who provide landline and internet facilities in Hull who are cheaper then KCOM - I run an SME in Hull - PM and I will send you details - we can't advertise on here so am loathe to break the Forum rules!!

You can give their name as long as you're not part of that company - in other words you can mention someone else's services.

viv, the company in Hull is called River Business Services - https://www.riveruk.co.uk - I have used them for years and they are very good.

I can confirm I am not employed or connected to them other than being a satisfied customer!
