As Debenhams is now in adminsitration, do I have a legal obligation to pay off the balance of £2,100 I owe them on my Debenhams credit card?
All advice most welcome
Thanks
Richard
No, and you also don't have to pay your mortgage, council tax or electricity bills. And all products in all shops are also now free, so you don't have to pay for those either - just walk out with them.0 -
No and you can continue to spend on it forever and not pay any of that back either!0

No you can cancel the direct debit and just forget about it. Nothing will happen. If debt collectors call you just tell them a bloke on a web forum told you the debt is now defunct.0

I feel your being incredibly harsh on the OP/Richard 😉.0
