Indigo Overdue parking ticket - Advice Needed

Hi All, first time posting here.
i have received an overdue notice from indigo for a failing to display a valid ticket or voucher for 100 + £27 admin fee.
this was issued on 04/03/2019 at 10:42, I bought a weekly ticket via online on the same day. however this time shows as 04/03/2019 11:49
the ticket is dated to cover 04/03/2019 00:00 to 10/03/2019 23:59
I have contacted the debt company and they refuse to cancel this as I according to them I broke terms and conditions by not buying the ticket when I arrived.
Do they have any case? what can I do here to get this cancelled. I have a ticket that covers the time they claim,
Thank you,

Was this at a railway station car park and are they calling it a Parking Charge Notice or a Penalty Charge Notice?0

Do a forum search on keywords Indigo Railway and learn from the hundreds of other threads about this, all with pretty much the same advice given throughout.
HOW TO USE THE FORUM SEARCH FUNCTION:
Hit your 'Back' button to get back to the forum thread list. On the bar just above the threads you'll see the 'Search' function. Click on the 'Advanced Search' button and on the following page place your keyword(s) in the 'Search By Keyword(s)' and make sure the 'Show Results As' button (at the foot of the window) is changed from 'Threads' to 'Posts'.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

In that case ignore it. They can't do anything. This advice applies only to Indigo Penalty tickets at railway stations and not in any other circumstances.0 -
How can they issue a PCN if the ticket was valid from 0001 am on the day you bought it, they are trying to scam you imo.
Enlist the help of your MP, they are very familiar with the MO of these shysters and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these private parking companies. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, and persistent offenders denied access. Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers.
Until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
Never, ever contact a debt company.
Double check the reason for getting the PCN. Was it for not displaying a ticket as opposed to not buying one? Compare the reason for issue with the Ts and Cs on the car park signage and the online Ts and Cs.
Was the ticket purchased through Indigo or through a third party?
Make sure you know the precise reason why the charge was issued.
If you did not breach the Indigo parking Ts and Cs, then complain to the DVLA that the scammers obtained your personal details without reason. This is a serious DPA/GDPR breach. Include a copy of the ticket purchased and the relevant parts of the Ts and Cs that show you did exactly what was required.
Also complain to your MP about this unregulated scam as advised above.

I have contacted the debt company
These penalties time out after 6 months and you would be stupid to pay it, so stop taking it so seriously. Indigo do not have a contract that allows them to sue, it only allows them to issue letters, and ZZPS and QDR solicitors will also send letters.
We don't need any new Indigo railway threads, we have more than enough here!
BTW here is what NOT to do:

Clear enough, we hope?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
