We’ve got 2 x echos, one in the kitchen since Christmas and now trying to use a Dot upstairs for music but it keeps saying it’s unavailable and try’s to get us to sign up again for Music Unlimited
Any ideas how or where we link the new Dot to our existing account, so we can listen to Music Unlimited on both echo’s
Many thanks

Which plan do you have?
If it's the £3.99 one this is linked and only available on the device you bought it on.
You need to upgrade.0 -
As said above, there are multiple plans - some allow multiple devices at the same time, some dont - check your plan and pay more if thats what you want. My plan is £7.99 a month and i am only allowed to stream one device at a time.0
