Yes, that's about it. They are a monopoly. They must supply you. They can't cut you off, even if you fall into arrears. They must allow you to pay monthly. If you take any water services, it must be theirs. There are no T&Cs.
I did see a while ago - on this forum, I think - that you can ban them from carrying out a credit check on you, but you can't stop them from submitting data about you to the reference agencies.
Worryingly, I also saw in this forum that if they don't have sufficient information to place records about you with the reference agencies, they, or the agencies, will just have a stab at identifying the correct person in the agency files. It's maybe called an 'assumed record'?0
