Hi,
Has anyone had any issues switching through the Energy Club? I applied online on 22 March and the supplier has still not had any record of my switch. I did get an automated email from MSE saying that it was in progress but nothing has happened. I now have a bill on a higher tariff so am out of pocket having tried to use the service.
I’ve tried emailing the energy club to the email address that it gives following the above in the FAQ’a (three times!) by no response.
Any ideas how I can get in touch?
Thanks

I wonder if there is anything on the website about this situation?
Perhaps they have some contact details there too?
Why would anyone engage with a website that had no contact details?
I doubt MSE were working over the Easter period
Your billing will be corrected when it becomes apparent to the supplier that a switch is in progress. An presumably the old supplier/tariff was cheaper than anything you will be on after the switch, so a delay is in your favour :money:0 -

And what has happened to you is becoming a common complaint on this forum. For that reason I wouldn't recommend using the Cheap Energy Club which I know doesn't help you.
1. Which Energy Company are you switching to?
This site has a few reps from selected companies so you may luck in there if the new supplier has a rep on the forum.
2. What does the new company say when you contact them?
A calendar month is long enough to get the ball rolling on a switch so the new company should know about you. Indeed most companies try to complete the process within 21 calendar days.0
