Once again another thread descends into the same old ‘your score isn’t real’ default posts trundled out by the same people who just want to lord it over anyone who hasn’t read the stickie on the board.
None of these posts has helped the OP whose real issue is that he can’t sign into any of the CRA sites. Everyone so far in this thread who says ‘history is more important’ etc... how is the OP going to see his history without creating an account with a CRA site to check it??
OP... no one here will be able to advise what details you need to put in when signing up to a particular site... maybe worth giving one of them a call and talking through the issue to find out.0 -
I doubt we’ll see OP again.

OP took the time to register on the site and post this (admitting to being on the electoral role in 2 places which is a bit silly - while you can vote in both in local elections it doesn't really help show stability!) instead of just using google to find the help pages for the agencies
However, they specifically mentioned trying to improve their score so it's worth getting them off on the right foot of knowing the score is irrelevant and just needs to follow the advice to build their historySam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
