Gumtree sellers ratings ?

I have been selling on Gumtree for 9+ years and recently my sales have completely stopped.
I have just listed 2 more items and decided to click through the advert to see how it looked. I then discovered a new sellers rating system.

It seems that I have 2 stars out of 5 left for me by a delighted buyer some 211 days ago (I know she was delighted because she text me to let me know and arranged to buy some more Lego from me)

Does anyone know how this rating system can be amended and when the heck did it start?. I have sold loads of stuff until quite recently so why is there only one rating from such a long time ago.

Trialled a year ago and rolled out with so many questions. Like how do they know who bought the item??

Non buyers could leave feedback as long as they had made contact.

I could contact you and say give you 50p for your £20 item, you say no i leave a low rating.

People who have not sold the item they are listing have received low ratings.

Do you think that the ratings are influencing potential buyers ?
It's strange that I haven't sold anything for a good while.
