Error E20 Candy Washing Machine

Hey I have had the error E20 message come up on my candy washing machine and was wondering what it meant and whether it would be a small job that I can do or would I need to call someone out.

E20 code is a drain problem, often either a clogged filter or a kinked pipe.
Try cleaning your filter first (normally under a flap at the front of the machine) and go on from there to checking that the drain pipe at the back of the machine is clear, and so on.

Our Candy is NFC-capable & has an android app that has a "diagnose" or somesuch but I've never needed to use it.

I hope you get it fixed without resorting to calling someone out.

Thanks alot for your help, all it took was for me to clear the filter out and everything is all fixed now, thanks again.

The previous message was all good stuff. I get a similar error when my kitchen sink is a bit blocked (is draining slowly)
