  • Hi , ive tried this company and they are Not the same people they did however say they were sure Littlewoods were part of the IPF group years ago but when i tried Littlewood they said they only do Mail Order which is now Shop Direct. I have the credit card bills but the telephone number is disconnected aswel , i have written but have had No response back. So im assuming they were taken over by another company ie Barkleys / GE money ??

I suspect the company no longer exists in any form..

I've certainly never heard of them.

If your finance with them was post 2005 you may be able to approach FSCS with your complaint. If your finance was pre-2005, then your complaint appears to be at a dead end.

Try looking through the list of lenders and which products they were / are responsible for here - https://www.fca.org.uk/ppi/how-to-check
The FCA's website also has links for each provider to their online PPI enquiry form so if you find the product listed, you should be able to find who has taken responsibility for it now.
