in the future if the PPC does not accept your initial appeal it is far less stress and effort to just pay the penalty within the 14 day period.

You are aware, aren't you, that almost 100% of PPCs reject almost 100% of initial appeals. So who are you aiming your advice at? Don't forget that in the past 12 months, the PPC network issued over 7 million tickets.

So, assuming 7 million appeals are rejected, your advice is that 7,000,000 x £60 should be paid to the PPC network = £420 million. I wonder how many hospitals that would buy?
