With respect, a valuation survey doesn't cost £500 and I suspect that both of you may have your terminology slightly wrong.With respect, no you did not. A valuation report is a valuation report, and a structural survey is a structural survey.
There is now no such thing as a 'full structural survey' though people still speak of it when they mean a Buildings survey.
Sometmes a valuation may be extended by the same surveyor to produce a Homebuyers' report, which may have happened here.0 -
It just means that the age of the tiles is of a certain age, as use of felt came in later than when your house was built This means that you should probably get a roofer to have a look and determine if there is ingress and replacements needed.0
