A much better atmosphere, cups of tea and profuse apologies. The account has been sorted out with no fuss and my wife's Aunt is very happy with the outcome.
Once again thanks to all who replied, as indicated we do have LPAs in place but these will only come into effect if she loses capacity.Just trying to live my life without the 'Sheriffs men' threatening to burn my hovel and enslave my family if I don't pay some ridiculous made up tax.0 -

My wife just got a call from Barclays, they asked for feedback on her appointment and have given her £50 as a gesture of Goodwill.
