Harmony Hub - Multiple rooms

Hi,
I've got a Harmony hub and remote that I'm using in the main room with my TV, speakers, Blu-Ray player etc., however, I'd now like to extend it to the computer/music room which has a Computer, TV, AMP, PS3 & Smart Light in it along with an Alexa Dot. I don't need another remote as I'd like to just use Alexa. Will I be better buying a new hub or is there a way to connect my existing hub? If I do go for a 2nd hub will I need to register it as a separate account or can I just add it to my existing account.
Thanks. I've been trying to research this but just keep getting more confused.

If you can get the IR extenders into another room you could set up another bunch of activities to control the devices in the second room, however if any of them are the same brand it could cause problems (having said that IIRC you can tell the hub to only use specific IR outputs for each activity).
The far easier and neater solution would be to set up a second hub, you can do this on the same myharmony/logitech account as the primary and just have to tell any phones/tablets you use which hub you want it to control when you start the app up or go into the other room.
I'm not sure how well Alexa controls the hub though as I've never used voice control (I use my mobile and the remote that came with the hubs).0
