No Monthly statements post-Smart meter installation

My statements have stopped since my smart meter was installed. I'm with Tonik who give interest on your credit balance so I can no longer see how much that is and/or if it has been credited, I can only see my live balance. I'll be contacting Tonik as I don't remember seeing anything about monthly statements stopping once you get a smart meter, is that what always happens?

No, your monthly statements shouldn't stop, they probably haven't got everything ticking over properly just yet after the exchange.
Worth popping them an email so they're aware. There's lots of details and things to put in place once there's been an exchange especially for smart so these can often cause issues0
