I disagree with some of the posts so far. I think you should definitely speak to an employment lawyer.
1) They knew you were studying and you were open in the interview that you may not be able to training until July
2) You didn't actually refuse the training, you just said you'd prefer not to do it yet and it was left at that. In the same meeting you said you were pregnant.
3) They then sacked you with no warning via email
I would say this could be enough to establish a discrimination case. You only reiterated what they already knew from your interview, after all - if you say you can't do something in an interview and still get hired, the employer has effectively accepted you cannot do it.
And a sudden dismissal email immediately after someone discloses pregnancy looks very suspect - actually that alone might be evidence of potential discrimination.

It does sound like it’s due to refusing to do the course now as if it’s something important it’s hard asking them to wait 3 months (possibly longer depending on their training schedule) before you can get trained on whatever it is, so others might have to pick up your slack for not being trained/ if your the only one on shift and can’t do it then it won’t be done and then someone else have to do it later.

We don't know how pregnant she is, she could well be 25 weeks.
Let's be honest here given the attitude of the OP I'm not surprised they got rid. She had a meeting, told them something she knew they wouldn't be pleased with (training refusal) and clearly announced the pregnancy as she felt it would afford her more protection.
She's also just joined a company and announced her pregnancy. I'll take her at her word that she's only just found out but they'll likely believe she was trying anyway and has screwed them over.
Legally she may or may not have a case, it'll ultimately come down to what the judge believes. Morally? Also a matter of opinion.
How big is the company? If it's of a decent size then it's likely they'll have run this via HR or their legal department and feel the termination is fair. Therefore you'd be well advised to consult a solicitor.0 -

Much of what has been said will hopefully stop you losing a job so quickly again in the future and therefore should be considered helpful. Points have been made forcefully, but that happens in the work environment too.
If the employer decided it was not possible for you to do the job without the training, and you weren't prepared to do the training for a few months, I can't see how any other outcome was likely.
You have very few employment rights with less than 2 years service so I believe suggestions of speaking to an employment lawyer are simply giving you false hope. If you had simply told them you were pregnant and were then immediately sacked you would have a potential case, but irrespective of the real reason, the employer here can state that you refused to do training at the time they needed it doing and that was the reason for dismissal.0 -
