Raisin £50 bonus

Hi all, applied for a ICICI fixed savings via Raisin when they were giving a £50 bonus.
I sent them an email for bonus request and they paid me £10 bonus in November. I have only just logged into my account to realise that I have been short changed.
What can I do?

Check your Bank statement for a month or so after your intial investment/email request.
The bonus payments do not show up on our Raisin accounts but we did get the bonus payments direct to our linked accounts around 3 weeks after our intial investments. As you say the £10 incentive switch in November does show in the Raisin account.0
