Is there anybody here who is part of any shareholder associations who feel there life savings have been subject to price manipulation on the AIM ?
I have an interest in a company making millions each week where there appears to be clear evidence of colusuion to bring the price down.

Just to be clear, are you saying you put your life savings into a single company?
And to boot, a single company listed on AIM ?
There are probabiy very few people who do that. For very good reason. Aside suspected price manipulation which more likely is the result of a person who made such a crazy decision trying to blame someone else for their foolish decision.
P.s. if there is "clear evidence" you should report that to the authorities. FCA? Police?0 -
No he didn't say that he had done that he simply said he had an interest in an AIM listed company0

Welcome to MSE. An unusual first (and rapid) contribution!
The OP really needs to clarify the situation. but as AnotherJoe says if there is 'clear evidence' then the situation should be reported formally.0 -

His question was whether other people have experienced a similar thing - whether it be their life savings, complete 100% or only a small fraction.0

His question was "who feel there life savings have been subject to price manipulation"l. Nothing about small fraction. I wonder how you know so much about what he meant ? I, not being him, can only rely on his written words.0 -

Well, actually no it wasn't. His question was:Is there anybody here who is part of any shareholder associations who feel there life savings have been subject to price manipulation on the AIM ?
Are you speaking for him?0 -
I once held a shares in an AIM-listed company with a good product that was mismanaged out of existence but since everybody lost-out I saw no evidence of collusion, just incompetence.
The only method I can think of that would permanently bring down the share price of a company is for the company itself to issue lots of extra shares. The pretext for doing this might be to raise extra capital or to offer extra remuneration to employees and/or directors. My failed AIM-listed company gave its directors lots of share options but it did them no good in the end.
You might be able to create a temporary fall in a company share price by selling shares (short-selling, I suppose, if that were possible). Or spreading false rumours about a company might cause the share price to fall. But in both these cases the adverse effect on the share price would wear-off over time.Reed0 -

Why be cryptic, tell us the company and perhaps experienced investors might be able to give you some insight.
Probably because being cryptic allows the OP to maintain the illusion he's been cruelly defrauded by clever scammers rather than made a risky and foolish investing decision0
