    Taff, I was reading about your bed, I thought an L shaped bed was unusual, but still, we all have our funny little ways, then I read about levelling and the ground sloping, thought "what the h*ll" then realised it was a garden bed. Sorry to be such a fool..

    Taff thank you so much I have been looking at the site at Newton St Loe where the accommodation is and it looks lovely about three miles from the city centre and as I don't know what the parking is like I will probably hop on a bus The American museum sounds interesting. I have a National Trust membership so will probably have a look and see what NT places there are around plus hopefully a nice tea shop or two to visit .I use a stick to walk with, so need refueling with tea at various places to keep my batteries charged up :) I am really looking forward to my new adventure westwards :)

    Just had look on maps to see where you'll be, and up popped a Jane Austen museum too with Regency tearoom, how handy :)
