Taff thank you so much I have been looking at the site at Newton St Loe where the accommodation is and it looks lovely about three miles from the city centre and as I don't know what the parking is like I will probably hop on a bus The American museum sounds interesting. I have a National Trust membership so will probably have a look and see what NT places there are around plus hopefully a nice tea shop or two to visit .I use a stick to walk with, so need refueling with tea at various places to keep my batteries charged up
I am really looking forward to my new adventure westwards
