Refused PPI Claim

Not sure if anyone has any advice on this one, back in 2015 I put in a Mortgage PPI claim with Yorkshire Bank, they investigated and said that the protection was not mis sold, I went to FOS who sided with YB at the time and said that in their opinion the Mortgage Protection was not mis sold, my question is has anything changed in the last 4 years that would make it worthwhile contacting FOS again asking them to review their decision or am I now too late to do anything further since YB said at the time that their response was final.
Any advice would be very much appreciated.

Your "complaint" was concluded fully and finally 1460 days ago.
At the end of August 2019, all PPI complaints old and new will no longer be considered.

That was statistically the most likely outcome. Most MPPI complaints fail.my question is has anything changed in the last 4 years that would make it worthwhile contacting FOS again asking them to review their decision

Actually, it was the FOS decision that made it final.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0
