Your point 3.1 shows that you have found an old defence from somewhere. Check out the 17 or so pre-written defences in the NEWBIE sticky post #2, particularly the concise ones by Bargepole, adapt one of those and add your specific points to it. Search the forum for Abuse of Process thread by beamerguy and add the comments at post # 14 on that thread by Coupon-mad to your defence, it will strengthen your points 7. 7.1 etc.

Thanks for all your help. Do I need to complete the defense section on mcol as well as send the pdf document or will an attached pdf (when they have uploaded it) to the system be enough?

Having done the Acknowledgment of Service, there is nothing more to be done on the MCOL website - apart from the checking mentioned in item 6 on the list in post #26 above.
