Reclaim payday loan money

Can someone please help, in 2017 I had dozens and dozens of payday loans. Every payday all my wages were going out to 4 or 5 different lenders even though they knew I couldn't afford to pay them. Each month I was having to take out payday loans to see through to live for the month. I had loans with 24/7 money box, payday pig, lending stream, Amigo, satsuma, quick quid, the money shop the list goes on. I need advice on how I can try and claim anything back
