Yes, she is going to go and she will take medical papers with her. Hopefully, that will be enough. She suffers from body pain and headaches every day due to her fibromyalgia and other conditions.

I think what surprised us is that she has not had a letter from the DWP/Jobcentre for about 30 years. It came out of the blue.
