The Peterborough office is situated within the Peterborough City Centre, opposite the Market Square. The office is located at Aragon Court on Northminster Road, adjacent to New Road and City Road. Facilities include an induction loop, wheelchair access, disabled toilets, baby changing facilities, British Sign Language interpreters.

Thanks but unfortunately that is just the main call centre number, I never get any help from these, keep getting promised calls back but they never happen.
