What type of Flat Roof Material should I choose for Sarnafil?

I'm trying to get the House Insurance Quote for my house. Our house is made of 100% flat roof and the builder used Sarnafil Material
I tried to get the quote on HomeProtect.co.uk and I don't know which one I should choose for my flat roof material.

Assuming your material is this

Then the description says it's either PVC or FPO. I would select 12 if it's PVC or 9 if it's FPO.0
