Raisin - can't login "You dont possess the required user roles to be allowed to access this part"

Hi

i've had a email from Raisin regarding the maturity of the Gatehouse Bank 1 year account many of us opened for the fifty quid bonus.

But as per subject, after i login I get the error message in the heading.

Is anyone else having this issue?

Got the same email message , although the initial deposit does not mature until mid June.

Can login to all three accounts I manage for family. Each account also shows a £10 balance for some 'switch' we were asked to do last year.

I got the email yesterday as well (interesting it arrived on a Bank Holiday) and they seem to be remarkably premature given that my Gateway 1 year fix doesn't mature until mid June (not that they say a lot in the email of any use at this stage).

Unless they come up with something a bit more special by then (or another incentive :T), given what they've currently got on offer, I can't see myself reinvesting with them.

Also had password problems , BX.....now sorted. Never really understood how Gatehouse etc can offer top interest rates with so many helpers taking a cut.

I'm really relieved it wasn't just me...!

I don't really understand Raisin's model full stop. I think they've paid £50 to acquire pretty much all of us with the initial Gatehouse offering, then another £10 for the Starling switch over. They can't be much margin in the bond sales?
