Reclaiming PPI from Redcats (Brands) UK Ltd

Hi,

I have been helping my mother with making a complaint regarding the PPI on her Littlewoods account and she got back £2246.32 from them. However, in the letter they sent to her they state that she also had PPI with her Empire Stores account before Littlewoods took over and that at the time it was under Redcats and that she should forward a letter of complaint to them if she wishes to dispute it.

The problem is that the address Littlewoods gave is:

Redcats (Brands) UK Ltd
2 Holdsworth Street
Bradford
BD99 4XB

However the MSE forum A-Z address post lists the address as:

Redcats (Brands) UK Ltd
18 Canal Road
Bradford
BD99 4XB

I have checked both addresses on Google Maps and the Holdsworth Street address is the offices of La Redoute (UK) Ltd and as far as I can tell there isn't much in the way of offices at 18 Canal Road. My question is which address should I send the complaint to? Is it possible that Littlewoods got the street name wrong? Both addresses have the same postcode (which is Canal Road apparently).

I read on some other posts regarding Redcats that they just sent them an email but I don't have an email address for them. Does anyone have this? Is the company I should contact La Redoute?

As Littlewoods technically took over Empire Stores in 2008 I would have thought that they would deal with it but apparently not.

According to the FCA register, the
18 Canal Road Bradford West Yorkshire BD99 4XB UNITED KINGDOM
was for Redcats (Brands) Limited which is no longer authorised.

2 Holdsworth Street Bradford West Yorkshire BD1 4AH UNITED KINGDOM
was for Redcats Finance Ltd which is no longer authorised.

The principal is still regulated and called LRUK (RETAIL) LIMITED and the complaints address is
