Week 7 has just past of 8 week window. Ombudsmen upheld my claim and Halifax making me wait.

Do you know if Halifax have referred your complaint to the actual Ombudsman (as the the first stage is an adjudicator) or whether your complaint went from the adjudicator to the ombudsman and was upheld?
