I think what is putting people off making an offer is that it is too expensive for the amount of work that needs doing to it and because it doesn't say freehold in the description people are assuming that it is leasehold.

It has probably been on the market for a long time because they vendors won't accept offers of around £150k or so which is what people will give them for it.

But 11 Copperfield Close did sell for 190 in Aug 2017, and that has many problems itself and a smaller rear garden it appears. Even if it is a detached, and has bigger room size, it should, i think still get 170-180.

It’s four bedrooms, but they are all very small. Even the master is only 11 x 11.......

It is too expensive for the lack of parking. The drive in front of the garage is short so you will be limited to a small car. The road outside is too narrow to park on so you would have to park a bigger car somewhere else on the estate. I would think that a lot of buyers have cars that are too long for the parking available in front of the garage.

So the offer price needs to be based on parking for one car or maybe no parking unless the car is in the garage and the garage may be to small for a modern car.

The owners also don't seem to be in any rush to move as it looks lived in.

Could be that as well as holding out for x amount they may be looki g for a buyer who will hang atound until they then find somewhere. Not ideal for most looking to move
