"Add charges" on BMW HP finance

I'm a little confused, the dealer said it illustrates the total cost of the agreement. The amount is not correct for the APR for the finance so i'm a bit confused?

Think BMW Select PCP only has a £1 charge.
Are you allowing for a PCP deal charging interest on the full amount, including the optional final payment? - that seems a common mistake.0
