My partner died 2 years ago I was registered as a joint tenant the executors have refused to transfer the property to me unless I pay them £80,000

Could you clarify whether you owned your property with your deceased partner as joint tenants, or you owned it with him/her as tenants in common?0

Was there a will and what does it say about the house. If your land registry says you are joint tenant then you the house outright. The executors have no say in the matter. What does the land registry ownership registry say?0
