Assuming an older property then it depends on your budget and desire to do the work and whether they're advisory or serious issues - context from the surveyors report is everything0 -
More context needed e.g. are the jobs to the roof needed because it's currently leaking like a sieve, or just precautionary / likely to be required soon? Mostly it looks like routine maintenance / suggested improvements.0

its an old property but the surveyor said '
The property is structurally stable, however, there are a number of repairs/maintenance items that would need to be seen to soon after purchasing the property and the price paid for the property should reflect this' This is a list of things0 -
How big is the house and how many rooms, details please hahah
To Update electrics that's £3k to 6k
To Update heating and hot water system that's £4k to 8k
the list goes on and on . . .
How much do you like the house !?!?
ask for £30k off and settle for 5k or get the seller to pay for another Building surveyor . . .u have options.0 -
