OPC Parking Charge

Hi there
I have been attending a coffee shop regularly to do revision called starbucks where I presume OPC are in charge of the car park and the limit is three and hours and if you are going over the limit you register your number plate inside and get two extra hours , I always do this because I am staying for long periods and now I have received three OPC private parking charge for going over the limit of three hours and payment of 50£ for each
Just need some advice on what to do

Get Starbucks to cancel them must be your first option.

You clearly take the PCNs in and complain to the person who registers your VRN.

Complain to your MP.

On 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these private parking companies. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, and persistent offenders denied access. Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers.

Until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies.
