    Sorry we couldn't give you a better answer, but at least you have accepted the reality of the situation. Many come on here, don't like the answer and then blame the messenger.
  • It is indeed a bitter pill to swallow.

    From what i have read, there is no recourse for me. And i am the easier of the two for the bailiffs to find.

    I certainly do not want my parents to be involved in this.

    Thank you for your advice. I have accepted the reality of the situation and have learnt a harsh lesson.
