Afternoon everyone,


Nice day here,DGS stayed last night and has gone to a special day at his football club.Realised he would need a packed lunch and my online wasnt due until this morning so DS went for a few things.When asked what he wanted this morning he said ' a butter sandwich' We popped a few more things in besides.


We are hopeful our back garden problem may at last be resolved.Extensive negotiations have been ongoing all week,DH and another nice neighbour scuttling back and forth between the 2 argumentary neighbours,emails,council etc .Its looking like we don't have to open the whole lot up completely but the council will make a footpath running along all the back gardens.It means we'll lose 2 metres but we can then put our own boundary fence up.It's going to be tricky while the work is going on with Ly1a and her mistrust of men in high vis jackets :eek:.DH is finding out the cost of a wrought iron fence so we wont feel hemmed in.Mrs :mad: next door spoke to me for the 1st time in nearly a year when she came to show me the email from the council,being all nicey nice Anyway work should start after the bank hol in 11 days or so,fingers crossed.It's been a bit like brexit,not getting anywhere .


I need to make some room for my meatpack due on Saturday :eek:Seem to spend a lot of time doing freezer tetris
