Hi, as an update, they surpisingly accepted the offer which was not really what i wanted but at least it saves me a trip to the Court and in truth i really didn't have the time to be preparing all the necessary documents since i'm away for the next few weeks so works out for the best i suppose.
I do think that making these type of offers could definitely be of benefit to those where the claim lies on the balance of 50/50 or in the harsher County Courts as it means that we can still recover the cost of all the work completed even where we are not successful.
